Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for most purchases. If an item is non-returnable that will be clearly stated on the product description page and made clear during the checkout process. 

This means you have 30-days from your expected delivery date to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You can now request a return straight from the new customer account portal. To sign-up for self serve returns please use the new customer account link below. Self-Serve returns are only available on the new updated customer accounts.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@shopmerakini.com. In your request please detail the reason for return and a contact number. If your return is accepted you will receive additional instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have any quality concerns please reach out to us and make us aware of the situation, even if the item was labeled non-returnable or you are outside of the return window. We pride ourself on customer satisfaction and want to look into any and all issues. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Fraudulent Orders 


If your order is deemed high risk by our automatic fraud analysis you will be notified within 1 business day of placing your order that it will be canceled. This rarely happens but you may be effected if you had multiple failed payment attempts with different cards, used a high risk web proxy, used a credit card that has been reported as lost or stolen etc. 

You will receive an email letting you know your order is canceled and to reach out to us if you believe this was done in error and would still like to place your order. In this case you may be asked to verify your identity and payment method.

High Risk orders will be canceled automatically and refunds will be issued in 5-7 business days.

Medium Risk orders will either be immediately canceled or if we believe it was flagged in error, we may reach out to you to verify your identity. Verification will require a photo I.D., if we are unable to verify your identity the order will be canceled and refunded. 

Refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect in your account depending on your banking institution. 


Refunds

 

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Occasionally, we may issue a refund to a customer for an item not covered under our return policy or outside of the initial return window. Those refunds may be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit. 

You will be notified by email when your refund is approved and issued. It may take up to 10 days for refunds to appear in your account. Please reach out to us if you have not received your refund after 10 days.
